Justin Bieber was diagnosed with Ramsey Hunt Syndrome earlier this week, while his wife Haley suffered a minor stroke in March.

Earlier this week, the 28-year-old singer revealed in a video on Instagram that he had been diagnosed with Ramsey Hunt Syndrome, which causes partial facial paralysis. Meanwhile, earlier this year, Hailey, 25, was battling her health problems when she was hospitalized after suffering a minor stroke.

A source is telling news that the couple has a lot to work on, but they are standing side by side amid recent health issues.

"Between the fear for Hailey's health earlier this year and now this year, it's been bothering her a lot. Hailey is worried too," an insider said. "Just as Justin did his best to look after Haley, now he's doing the same for her.

He added: "They are a great team and will do well together. Justin can't wait to recover and get back to work." After rescheduling three concerts on his Justice World tour earlier this week due to ongoing health issues, Justin announced on Friday that it was due to his diagnosis of Ramsey Hunt Syndrome.

"Hello, everyone. Justin is here. I wanted to let you know what happened," the Grammy winner said in a social media post. "As you can probably watch from my face, I have a syndrome called Ramsey Hunt Syndrome, and it was from this virus that it attacked the nerves in my ears and facial nerves and caused paralysis in my face."

Justin later explained that he couldn't blink an eye, move his nostrils, or smile to one side of his face, adding a follow-up to an Instagram story that it was "gradually getting harder to eat." He asked his millions of Instagram followers to keep praying for him.

"It's pretty serious, as you can see. I hope it doesn't happen, but my body is telling me to slow down, and I hope you understand, I'm going to use this time to rest and relax and come back 100% so I can do what I want. I was born to do," the star added. Speaking further to news , the source explained that Justin was "apprehensive" about the side effects, adding: "It kind of scares him."

The insider also explained that while the "Love Yourself" musician's doctor had told him that constant problems were rare, he remained nervous.

However, Justin remains hopeful for a successful recovery and hopes to return to work.

"He was diagnosed early and hoped to make a full recovery in a few weeks," the source said.
