Trend TikTok - which mixes sparkling water and balsamic vinegar - is the latest drink to become viral on the platform.

Giada De Laurentiis tried a new trend of "healthy coke," which became viral on TikTok, and she couldn't stop singing about it.

The Food Network star decided to try this drink - combining balsamic vinegar and savory porridge to create what some TikTokers say tastes like "healthy cola" - and released a video of trying lami. "I have to try and ... I love it !!" Laurentii signed the post.

The owner of Giadzy opened the video in his pub. "Okay, so I'll try this new TikTok trend," he said. "I'm proud of the excellent balsamic vinegar and olive oil, so I used one of my own."

He then guides the audience through the two ingredients he brought into his glass. "He spat balsamic vinegar," he said as he poured it into a round glass filled with ice. "And then all those fizzy drinks. I use what I have; that's SanPellegrino."

After stirring the mixture with a long bar, he said, "It looks like coke," and then took on the expected flavor.

After sipping from the glass, he looked at the camera with a surprised smile. "It's so beautiful," he said. He even repeated his stellar review because he was shocked by the result. "It's nice! And I don't use flavored foaming water," he added.

A big reason he likes it so much? She admits that balsamic vinegar from her life website Giadza emphasizes taste. "I think it has to do with what kind of balsamic vinegar you use," he says, pointing to a soft cork. The Laurentians can't drink enough. She took another sip before offering it to her friend Shane Farley. "Shane, do you want to try it? It's so beautiful," he said.
