Andy Cohen bit his tongue after the latest episode of Watch What Happens Life!

During an appearance on Wednesday night's After Show, Cohen, 54, asked guest Kyle Richards about his breast reduction surgery — only to find he hasn't shared news of the procedure.

"How was the breast reduction process?" Cohen asked the 53-year-old Beverly Hills resident of True Wives.

"Oh, thanks for telling everyone about Andy, thank you," he replied.

Laughter immediately erupted in the studio, including from guest Chloe Feynman, when Cohen realized his mistake.

"I thought you were talking about it… no… no…, but you've told me so many times," Cohen said in disbelief. "I am very sorry." "I never told anyone," Richards explained.

He continued, "This is what happened to me. You can tell me you killed someone, and I swear I'll take them to my grave, but I can't keep it a secret."

Richards explained that she had a breast reduction three weeks ago - and emphasized that she's never had implants.

"I have a double D, no implants; I still don't have any, but I came in and said I wanted smaller breasts and I never wanted to wear a bra again in my life, and here I am," she said. With one blink. Cohen apologized again, and Richards joked, "Can't wait to share more with you tomorrow."

Richards said he "never lied" about his work and "never will."

Cohen and Richards did not immediately respond to a news request for comment, but a source close to the reality star said, "He was a little taken aback, but Kyle is transparent about everything in his life, and this is no exception."

Earlier this month, Richards revealed that he had suffered a back injury and posted a photo of himself watching TV with a tray of food on his lap.

"My back hurts, and I can't move," she wrote in the caption of the photo she posted to her Instagram Story on June 9. "I will be here in an unexpected future."

Richards did not say how he suffered the injury.
