Giada De Laurentiis has just proven that she can handle any pasta challenge - in and out of the kitchen.

The 51-year-old Food Network star, who is currently touring Italy with girlfriend Shane Farley, 50, daughter Jade, 14, and other family members, has just made his final stop in Bari. This southern Italian city is famous for its grandmothers who make handmade pasta with orekiet on the streets of the coastal town. So, of course, De Laurentiis went looking for a renowned pasta maker during his visit.

In her Instagram feed, she is picking up followers in her search for women. "Dream day - doing more quiet in Bari with the ladies who do it so well!" he wrote in the photo's caption. The video begins with the Italian-born chef strolling Barry's with Jade. "I'm looking for women to make requests by hand on the streets of Barry," he said. "They make it somewhere, and I want to buy it if I can find it. So that's what I'm looking for."

He points to closed alleys and narrow alleyways while Tony Dallara's Come plays nicely in the background.

The Italian master chef finally found one of the pasta makers when he walked over to a woman forming "little ears" on a simple table. "I'm so happy. Finally, I found the woman!" said de Laurentiis. De Laurentiis greeted the woman, spoke Italian, and even sat at the table to try it himself. The woman led them while forming an orchestra and even shouted "Dare!" and applause. She ended her Italian culinary adventure by sharing photos of the process, including a photo of herself picking up her pasta bag.

On her Instagram Story, De Laurentiis also shares a handcrafted quiet recipe written on wood drilled into a street wall. The main ingredients are semolina flour, water, salt, and "hard work with love."

De Laurentiis has been telling fans about his crew's adventures during their escape to Italy by frequently posting about their extensive meals and fun water activities on social media.
