Beautiful in pink!

Margo Robbie is photographed all pink on the set of Los Angeles in her live film about Barbie, directed by Oscar nominee Greta Gerwig. The actress's costume includes a bell-bottom with a star-shaped bell at the bottom and her blonde hair flowing down her shoulders as she can be seen sipping iced coffee between takes.

The first official appearance of Robbie, 31, in the role of the iconic Mattel doll, appeared at CinemaCon in April, when Warner Bros. Pictures shared photos at a glance. Described as Barbie, Robbie donned a blue and white polka-dot headband and a matching striped top while smiling and leaning forward in a pink Chevrolet Corvette convertible. The actor posted his platinum blonde hair and abs under a ripped denim jacket. The film will also star Isa Ray, Will Ferrell, Kate McKinnon, Simu Liu, Michael Serra, and America Ferrera.

Robbie told British Vogue last year: "People usually hear Barbie and think, 'I know what this movie is going to be like,' and then they hear Greta Gerwig writing and directing it, and they're like, 'Oh well, maybe not."

He added that the role "carried a lot of weight," given some historical controversy surrounding the doll. "And a lot of nostalgic connection," said the Oscar-nominated actress. "But with that comes many exciting opportunities to attack him."

Barbie hits theaters on July 21, 2023.
