Harry Styles is truly a man of the times when he was honored
with a very special gesture to celebrate his historic sold-out 15-show Madison
Square Garden residency in New York City.
The 'As It Was' singer has achieved a pretty incredible milestone in her career after selling the venue for 15 consecutive nights - that's almost 20,000 fans a night btw.
To celebrate the wonderful milestone, Harry was honored with a sweet gesture by none other than American TV host Gayle King. Surprising Harry on stage during his final NYC show, the host and journalist appeared on stage at the end of the show to tell all the concert-goers of the former One Direction star's incredible accomplishment, noting that no other performers Never been able to sell 15 days in a row at Madison Square Garden.
To mark the occasion, Gayle presented a giant gold banner, raised from floor to ceiling, that read: "Harry Styles 15 - 15 consecutive Nights at the Garden."
Gayle then praised the tear-eyed Harry as he was seen placing his hand on his heart before thanking fans for making the feat possible.
In a very emotional speech, Harry said: "Things like this don't happen very often to people like me. I want to thank you all, you've changed my life."
He went on to say that his achievement was shared with fans, adding: "Whenever you come to Madison Square Garden I want you to see that [banner] and remember it's because of you."
In the midst of telling fans how grateful he is, Harry continued: "There are so many people here tonight who have supported me professionally and personally throughout my life and I want to say thank you to all of you, If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be on this stage."
