In Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, a newly launched AI-powered tool acts as a “co-pilot” for doctors interpreting chest X-rays. The system can flag up to 85 possible conditions, including lung cancer and infections, helping clinicians diagnose more quickly without replacing them.
