Earlier this month, Here Comes star Honey Boo Boo, 16, denied rumors she was engaged to her boyfriend after she was spotted sporting a diamond ring... Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson showed off her new nose piercing.

The 16-year-old reality star received her first before her 15th birthday in fall 2020, reports Page Six.

In the video, Thompson does not mention his latest piercing. Instead, he's promoting his new product to his followers — a line of limited-edition t-shirts available at AlanaThompson.com. "I think you'll like this design," he said.

Here Comes star Honey Boo Boo continued, "I made it myself, so it's my favorite design. I'll have more in the future, but we have this now, and I think you'll love it." Thompson's new piercing isn't the only accessory that's been making headlines. Lately, they started to spread engagement rumors after the star was spotted wearing a ring on her ring finger earlier this month.

Shortly after, her rep confirmed to Page Six that she was not engaged to her boyfriend, Drain Carswell, 20, before adding that the diamond on her ring finger was "just a ring."

Rumors that Thompson had received an offer from Carswell began circulating after Thompson's sister, Lorin "Pumpkin" Shannon, posed in a family photo - including one with Thompson wearing the ring - with Shannon's newborn twins.

Thompson was also seen with the ring on the finger in an Instagram post about him and Carswell from Spring. "Meetings in the park with you were the best," she captioned the photo of herself and Carswell in matching shirts. Although Thompson has been largely silent about her relationship with Carswell, she opened up a bit about her relationship with Teen Vogue in August, telling the magazine that Carswell may have been her "only friend" because she didn't trust people her age.

"To be honest, I don't have many friends. Not at all," he said. "Because I feel like so many people are like, 'Oh my God, I'm friends with Honey Boo Boo.'

He added, "I don't trust anyone, so I have no friends."
